3 Bean Dip

This dip is yummy and so versatile. You like heat? Add a jalapeño. You like black olives? Throw some on the top! Feel free to add whatever you like. It's also such a thick bean dip, it seems to feed a lot at a party.

sour cream

finely diced red onion
1 1/2 c
shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c
diced tomatoes
1/2 c
sliced green onion
1/2 c
diced green bell pepper
black pepper

1Spread the refried beans into the bottom of a 9 x 13 cake pan. Layer the garbanzo beans next.
2Sprinkle the chili powder and cumin on top. Next, layer the black beans, then the red onion and bell pepper.
3Layer the sour cream next. Add the salsa on top of that. Next, layer the cheddar cheese. Sprinkle some black pepper on top of the cheese.
4Sprinkle the diced tomatoes and green onion on top. Serve with tortilla chips or Fritos.
