Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon light corn syrup
- 4 ounces dark chocolate chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter
- pinch of salt
How To Make dark chocolate syrup

Step 1Place the heavy cream and corn syrup in a saucepan. Bring to a simmer but don't let it boil. Whisk in the pieces of chocolate a few at a time and whisk until melted.

Step 2Repeat until all chocolate has melted then whisk in the butter. Add the salt and stir.
