Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1/2 c
    dutch-processed cocoa ( if you dont have dutch use the regular)
  • 1 can(s)
    15 oz garbonzo beans, drained
  • 1/2 c
    granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 3 Tbsp
    warm water

How to Make Chocolate Hummus

Step-by-Step

  1. Make a paste with the olive oil and cocoa
  2. In a blender or food processor add, garbanzo beans sugar, chocolate paste, vanilla and salt. Blend until smooth, scape the sides as needed.
  3. refrigerate until needed. serve with cinnamon sugar pita chips
