- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 cup grand marnier
- 4 ounces semisweet chocolate, finely chopped

Step 1In a small saucepan, heat the cream and butter.

Step 2Add the Grand Marnier.

Step 3Whisk then bring to a boil.

Step 4Remove from the heat and whisk in chocolate pieces until all the chocolate is incorporated.
