How to Make Chocolate Decorator Frosting
- In a 1 qt. saucepan, melt choc. and butter over low heat, stirring occasionally, remove from heat. Stir in powdered sugar and 1 T. water. Beat with spoon until smooth. Beat in additional water, 1 tsp. at a time, until spreadable.
