- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1/2 cup cold strong coffee
- 1 teaspoon instant espresso or instant coffee (dry)

Step 1Melt chocolate chips in heavy 2-quart saucepan over low heat, stirring frequently; remove from heat.

Step 2Stir in whipping cream; stir in remaining ingredients until smooth.

Step 3To Refrigerate: Cover sauce tightly and refrigerate no longer than 1 month.
