  • 1 12-oz packages semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup cold strong coffee
  • 1 teaspoon instant espresso or instant coffee (dry)

How To Make chocolate cappuccino sauce

  • Step 1
    Melt chocolate chips in heavy 2-quart saucepan over low heat, stirring frequently; remove from heat.
  • Step 2
    Stir in whipping cream; stir in remaining ingredients until smooth.
  • Step 3
    To Refrigerate: Cover sauce tightly and refrigerate no longer than 1 month.
