1 can (12 ounces) evaporated milk

1 - 2 cups milk
•
1 tablespoon hot sauce OR 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 cup grated Cheddar cheese, plus more for garnish
