400 g fresh sardine fillets
4 garlic cloves (minced)
1 teaspoon red chilli flakes
400 g tomato basil sugo
400 g canned diced tomatoes
2 tablespoons capers
1 tablespoon olive tapenade
Flaky salt (to taste)
Black pepper (to taste)
½ cup fresh parsley (packed and chopped)
300 g raw pasta (spaghetti or linguini)
1/4 cup grated parmesan
