1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon almond extract

2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour (spoon & leveled)

1/4 teaspoon salt

3/4 cup (63g) finely chopped maraschino cherries (I used a mix of green and red)*

1 cup sweetened shredded coconut, for rolling
