1 1 cup diced onion
1 2 cloves garlic, minced
1 1 teaspoon curry powder
1 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon cumin, to taste
1 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
1 1/2 teaspoon Sriracha hot sauce, to taste (optional)
1 salt, pepper to taste
1 egg wash for brushing pastries
