INGREDIENTS
1/2 teaspoon salt
16 tablespoons (227g) unsalted butter cold
1/4 to 1/2 cup (57g to 113g) ice water
2 cups (454g) potatoes cooked drained cooled and cubed
2 tablespoons (28g) butter cold
1 cup (142g) onion diced
2 garlic cloves minced
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon cumin to taste
1 cup (71g) peas thawed from frozen
1/2 teaspoon Sriracha hot sauce to taste optional
salt and pepper to taste
1 large egg beaten with 1 teaspoon cold water for brushing on pastries
