Ingredients: 1 cup granulated sugar; 1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp water; 1/4 cup salted butter, diced into 1 Tbsp pieces; 1/2 cup heavy cream; 3/4 tsp Maldon Sea Salt, or 1/2 tsp fine sea salt, more to taste if desired
