INGREDIENTS
1 cup unsweetened cashew milk
2 Tbs heavy whipping cream
2-3 Tbs THM Gentle Sweet or Pyure Organic Stevia, or preferred sweetener to taste
1-2 scoops Integral Collagen, or collagen hydrolysate of choice
1 tsp Walnut Creek Salted Caramel Flavoring OR Caramel Extract plus a pinch or two of mineral salt
1/4 - 1/2 tsp gluccomannan (optional)
10-16 coffee ice cubes (more or less depending on size of your cubes)
