For the Crust:
2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
3 TBSP Sugar
5 oz Butter – Salted (melted)
2 TBSP Salted Caramel Sauce
For the Cheesecake:
24 oz Cream Cheese – room temperature
1 1/2 Cups Salted Caramel Sauce – room temperature
2 TBSP All Purpose Flour
3/4 cup Sugar
1 TBSP Vanilla Extract
4 Large Eggs – room temperature
For the Salted Caramel Sauce:
1 cup Light Corn Syrup
1 2/3 cup Sugar
8 TBSP Butter – Salted (cut into bits)
1 1/3 cup Heavy Cream
*Garnish – Pinch of Sea Salt or Fleur de Sel
