1 onion minced

6-7 fresh cloves of garlic minced

3 slices of white bread soaked in ¼ cup of milk
•
2 eggs
•
½ cup Panko bread crumbs
•
Salt and pepper to taste
•
1 tsp Aleppo red pepper
•
1 tbsp pepper paste
•
¼ tsp ground allspice
•
¼ cup minced parsley
•
1 tsp of Italian seasoning

Potato filling:
•
5-6 Russet Potatoes, baked
•
Salt and pepper to taste
•
½ cup frozen peas, blanched
•
1 egg
•
¼ cup cheddar
•
¼ cup shredded parmesan
•
Topping:
•
1 8oz. can Tomato sauce
•
15 oz. can of diced tomatoes, (preferably chopped fine)
•
1 fresh Jalapeno, seeded and diced
•
Salt and pepper to taste
