2 green Onions, cut into 1" lengths

Sauce:
•
3 Tbsp Chinese rice vinegar
•
3 Tbsp soy sauce
•
1 Tsp Hoisin sauce
•
1/4 Cup water
•
2 1/2 Tbsp sugar
•
1/2 Tbsp Shaoxing Wine
