½ cup unsalted vegetable stock (or broth)
1 teaspoon lemon zest
⅓ cup lemon juice
¼ cup dry white wine (chardonnay, pinot grigio, or sauvignon blanc)
¼ cup capers (drained and rinsed)
½ teaspoon kosher salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 teaspoon chopped parsley
1 teaspoon chopped dill
