1 tsp seafood seasoning (I used Old Bay)

1/2 tsp crushed garlic
•
2-1/2 tsp lemon juice (I used fresh)
•
1 scallion, finely chopped
•
Croquettes:
•
1 can 14.75 oz. (418g) salmon (I used wild Alaska pink)
•
1 scallion, finely chopped
•
2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
•
3/4 cup fish fry coating mix, plus a little more for coating after
•
(I used Walmart brand)
•
1 egg beaten
•
1/4 cup remoulade sauce
•
1 tbsp hot sauce (I used Siracha)
•
Oil for frying (I used Grapeseed, canola/vegetable will do just fine
