4-5 dashes Worcestershire Sauce

1 Tablespoon Ketchup

Salt And Pepper, to taste

For the Gravy:
•
16 ounces fresh mushrooms
•
olive oil
•
1 clove garlic, minced
•
1 medium Onion, diced
•
32 ounces Beef Broth (OR 4 cups water and 4 beef bouillon cubes dissolved)
•
4 dashes Worcestershire sauce
•
1 Tablespoon Ketchup
•
2 teaspoons Kitchen Bouquet
•
3 Tablespoons of Corn Starch dissolved in 3 Tablespoons water
•
Salt & Pepper, to taste
