Salisbury Steak Meatballs

INGREDIENTS
1½ pounds lean ground beef
½ cup plain panko bread crumbs
¼ cup finely diced sweet yellow onion
1 large egg, (room temperature and beaten)
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon fresh minced garlic
2 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
1½ tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, (for frying the meatballs)
1¾ cups water
1.74 ounces brown gravy mix
4 ounces mushroom pieces and stems, (drained)
1 teaspoon Kitchen Bouquet seasoning sauce, (optional)
