Ingredients
- 1 - 3 oz. cans tuna, packed in water
- 4 kalamata olives, chopped
- 2 tablespoons carrot, chopped
- 2 tablespoons celery, chopped
- 2 tablespoons feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 teaspoon olive oil, extra-virgin
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- pepper, to taste
- 1 whole wheat pita
- 2 romaine lettuce leaves
- 2 thin slices tomato

Step 1Combine 1st 7 ingredients & season with pepper. Cut pita down the center so there are 2 - 1/2's. Split each 1/2 open & place 1 lettuce leaf & 1 slice of tomato in the bottom of the pita pocket. Place 1/2 the tuna mixture inside each pita pocket.
