tuna stuffed avocado
My doctor told me to eat fish at least twice a week plus I love avocados. This seemed like a good match! I've seen this brand of seasoning in stores in the US, but my friend brought me some from a recent trip to Mexico. If you don't have Tajin seasoning, use other brand of seasoned salt. You can add a little grated lemon or lime rind if you like!

Ingredients
- 1 can tuna, packed in water, drained (approx 5 oz can)
- 1 large avocado, pitted
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped fine
- 1/4 tablespoon celery, chopped fine
- 1-2 tablespoon mayonnaise, light is fine
- - tajin classic seasoning (salt, chili pepper and lime blend)
- - chopped tomato for garnish

Step 1Mix tuna, onions, celery, mayonnaise together.
