Don't knock it 'til you've tried it. This is one of my favorite sandwich salad spreads.

  • 2 can(s)
    tuna in spring water
  • 1
    apple, peeled (i like gala, but use whatever you prefer) and diced
  • 1/2 c
    cashews, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 - 3/4 c
    mayo or miracle whip (whichever you prefer)
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste
  • 6-8
    fresh croissants

How to Make Tuna and Apple Salad Croissants


  1. Combine tuna, apple, cashews, mayo and salt & pepper. Slice croissants in half lengthwise and fill with tuna salad.
  2. It is key to use fresh croissants.
