sissy's tuna/ macaroni salad
My sister in law gave this recipe to me from Buffalo New York because my hubby loves it and when I first married him he ask me if I knew how to make a "MACARONI " salad, I said yes lol to me a MACARONI salad is the traditional way as many of know lol I made the salad and he looks at me and says " THIS ISN'T THE WAY MY SISTER MAKES IT" bahahaha well what I wanted to say and what I said bahahaha well you know bahahaha but any way I called his sister explained the situation and she was so awesome to give me this recipe because I'm a California girl, he loves it ENJOY

Ingredients
- 1-16 oz bag elbow macaroni, cooked
- 2 cans tuna
- 3 stalks celery
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 to 2 teaspoons adobo powder
- 4 hard boiled eggs
How To Make sissy's tuna/ macaroni salad

Step 1Cook your macaroni according to packaging directions

Step 2Place 4 eggs in a medium pot and add cold water to cover, on high bring to just till the boiling point remove from heat Place a lid on top and let set 15 minutes before peeling under cool water

Step 3Slice celery as big or small as you like

Step 4Add all ingredients but save 2 eggs for decorating on top and mix well sprinkle with paprika and parsley flakes and eat warm or cold The longer it sets in the fridge the better it tastes because your letting all ingredients get to know each other and mingle
