Ingredients

  • FOR THE VINAIGRETTE
  • 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • salt and pepper
  • FOR THE TUNA
  • 4 4 oz sushi grade tuna steaks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • FOR THE SALAD
  • 1 bag salad greens your choice
  • 1 large mango peeled pitted and diced
  • 1/2 large red onion thinly sliced

How To Make searedtuna salad w honey lime cilantro vinaigrette

  • Step 1
    For the Vinaigrette Mix all the ingredients in a jar with a lid and shake. Set aside.
  • Step 2
    Add the oil to a large skillet. Season the tuna steaks with salt and pepper. Sear the Tuna on all sides until desired doneness. Set on board to rest
  • Step 3
    Mix the bag of greens with a little viniagrette. Place the greens. Top with mango and red onion. Drizzle remaining viniagrette on top.
