Ingredients
- FOR THE VINAIGRETTE
- 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- salt and pepper
- FOR THE TUNA
- 4 4 oz sushi grade tuna steaks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- FOR THE SALAD
- 1 bag salad greens your choice
- 1 large mango peeled pitted and diced
- 1/2 large red onion thinly sliced

Step 1For the Vinaigrette Mix all the ingredients in a jar with a lid and shake. Set aside.

Step 2Add the oil to a large skillet. Season the tuna steaks with salt and pepper. Sear the Tuna on all sides until desired doneness. Set on board to rest

Step 3Mix the bag of greens with a little viniagrette. Place the greens. Top with mango and red onion. Drizzle remaining viniagrette on top.
