Ingredients
- 1 can tuna, drained
- 3/4 cup gouda cheese, shredded
- 1 1/2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 4 - scallions, sliced thinly
- 1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
- 1 - lettuce head, bib or romaine
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 3-4 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons mayonaise
- 1 tablespoon butter
How To Make mushroom, gouda and tuna salad

Step 1Coat hot saucepan with olive oil. Add butter. Saute garlic, scallions and mushrooms. Let cool.

Step 2For Dressing: whisk together olive oil, lemon juice and mayonnaise, then add shredded gouda and tuna.

Step 3Tear lettuce into bit sized pieces. Add mushrooms and toss with dressing.
