hubby’s tuna salad
My mother in law used to make this for him when he was young. Over the years, I added the seasonings & he likes it even more. Sometimes I will add hard boiled eggs, diced red or green bell pepper, or whatever else I have that sounds good. (I personally don't eat this because I don't like olives.)

Ingredients
- 1 can tuna, packed in water (albacore chunk)
- 1/4 cup hot banana pepper rings, diced small
- 1/4 cup green olives, sliced
- 1/8 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic power
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise,heaping
How To Make hubby’s tuna salad

Step 1Drain tuna well.

Step 2Put all ingredient in a bowl & mix thoroughly.(If it seems too dry, add a little more mayo.)

Step 3Note: This is best after it is chilled, but of course , you can eat it right away. He usually has it with Ritz crackers when he takes it to work, but at home he has a sandwich.
