hearty tuna salad
When we lived in Belgium, this was a recipe I enjoyed while eating out on the deck. The beans and chow mein noodles make a wonderful addition to this easy salad!

Ingredients
- 10 ounces italian green beans
- 7 ounces tuna in oil, drained
- 1 cup celery, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
- - dash garlic powder
- - lettuce
- 1 cup chow mein noodles
How To Make hearty tuna salad

Step 1Cook beans to package directions. Drain and cool. Combine beans with tuna, celery, mayo, lemon juice, soy sauce and garlic. Chill. Just before serving add chow mein noodles to mixture, toss lightly and serve in lettuce cup.
