This tuna salad is quite tasty for being low fat. I have been eating low-carb lately. Here is a healthy Tuna salad I created. With light mayonnaise. It only contains 2 g of fat per serving. Add a wrap. It is only 4 g of fat per serving. I hope you all enjoy it!

Ingredients

  • TUNA SALAD
  • 2 - 4 ounce cans chunk white tuna
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 1/3 cup chopped celery
  • 3 tablespoons light sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon mayonaise your choice light or regular
  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon dill weed
  • GARNISH
  • 1 cup brocolli slaw or chopped lettuce
  • 1 - sliced tomato optional
  • - fiber one honey wheat 80 cal wraps optiinal
  • 2 tablespoons chopped sweet pickle optional

How To Make healthy tuna salad

  • Step 1
    Drain tuna Squeeze out water from tuna
  • Step 2
    Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  • Step 3
    Place a scoop full of tuna on top of a bed of broccoli slaw, or lettuce.
  • Step 4
    You may also serve in e a low fat sandwich wrap with lettuce tomato or broccoli slaw
