healthy tuna salad
This tuna salad is quite tasty for being low fat. I have been eating low-carb lately. Here is a healthy Tuna salad I created. With light mayonnaise. It only contains 2 g of fat per serving. Add a wrap. It is only 4 g of fat per serving. I hope you all enjoy it!

Ingredients
- TUNA SALAD
- 2 - 4 ounce cans chunk white tuna
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion
- 1/3 cup chopped celery
- 3 tablespoons light sour cream
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon mayonaise your choice light or regular
- 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dill weed
- GARNISH
- 1 cup brocolli slaw or chopped lettuce
- 1 - sliced tomato optional
- - fiber one honey wheat 80 cal wraps optiinal
- 2 tablespoons chopped sweet pickle optional
How To Make healthy tuna salad

Step 1Drain tuna Squeeze out water from tuna

Step 2Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

Step 3Place a scoop full of tuna on top of a bed of broccoli slaw, or lettuce.

Step 4You may also serve in e a low fat sandwich wrap with lettuce tomato or broccoli slaw
