health meal & salad in one
this is a health meal for a hot summer lunch or dinner had no AC did not want to be in the hot kitchen cooking so i made this salad add garlic toast its a balance meal with a tall glass of limeade enjoy

- 1 can salmon, smoked chopped
- 1 can tuna, canned chopped
- 2 medium hand full of spianch or lettuce
- 9 slices jalapeno peppers diced small
- 1/3 teaspoon salt & pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise,
- 2 tablespoons gralic hummus

Step 1add salmon & tuna together,jalapeno peppers,diced garlic, diced onions,salt & pepper in mayonnaise, lay on a bed of spinach or lettuce with hummus at the side & serve
