this is a health meal for a hot summer lunch or dinner had no AC did not want to be in the hot kitchen cooking so i made this salad add garlic toast its a balance meal with a tall glass of limeade enjoy

jalapeno peppers diced small
1/3 tsp
salt & pepper to taste
2 Tbsp
mayonnaise,

gralic hummus

  • 1add salmon & tuna together,jalapeno peppers,diced garlic, diced onions,salt & pepper in mayonnaise, lay on a bed of spinach or lettuce with hummus at the side & serve
