fiesta tuna salad
This is definitely going to be your next party salad! A refreshing tuna, avocado, cherry tomato, and lime salad in a margarita glass with a green chili aioli sauce. I love to serve this to guests because not only does it look fun, it tastes as good as it looks!
Blue Ribbon Recipe
An elegant and fantastic twist on tuna salad! No one will guess this starts with two cans of tuna. It's not a traditional mayonnaise-based tuna salad. This version is made with a touch of olive oil, so the tuna's flavor is prominent. Fresh chopped cilantro and lime juice add a zip of fresh flavor to the tuna salad. Creaminess comes into the dish through the dressing. With green chiles and a lime seasoning, it has a Southwest feeling to it. Layering the tuna and dressing in a martini glass makes this super fun to serve. Refreshing, it would be lovely at a lighter lunch or brunch on a warm day. This tuna salad could be lightened up a little by substituting plain Greek yogurt for some of the mayonnaise.
