This is definitely going to be your next party salad! A refreshing tuna, avocado, cherry tomato, and lime salad in a margarita glass with a green chili aioli sauce. I love to serve this to guests because not only does it look fun, it tastes as good as it looks!

Ingredients

  • 2 cans albacore tuna, drained (7 oz each)
  • 3 tablespoons diced red onions
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 large avocado, diced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 can fire-roasted diced chilies (4 oz)
  • 1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash fiesta lime seasoning
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 4 - margarita glasses, for serving

How To Make fiesta tuna salad

  • Step 1
    Mix tuna, onion, cilantro, lime juice, and olive oil. Then gently fold in avocado.
  • Step 2
    Put mayonnaise, Mrs. Dash seasoning, and chilies into a blender and pulse until creamy.
  • Step 3
    Layer 1/3 cup tuna mixture in each glass.
  • Step 4
    Then drizzle 2 Tbsp dressing.
  • Step 5
    Then add 2 Tbsp of tomatoes.
  • Step 6
    Make another layer ending with tomatoes.
