This recipe came from my ex-sister in law. It's fast and great for the summer.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked cold macaroni
  • 4 - hard boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 cup english cucumbers or regular cucumbers with seeds removed
  • 1 can large can of flaked tuna-the albacor in the pouch is best
  • 1 tablespoon grated onion or chives
  • 1 tablespoon minched parsey
  • 3/4 cup mayo
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
