- 2 cups cooked cold macaroni
- 4 - hard boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 cup english cucumbers or regular cucumbers with seeds removed
- 1 can large can of flaked tuna-the albacor in the pouch is best
- 1 tablespoon grated onion or chives
- 1 tablespoon minched parsey
- 3/4 cup mayo
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
