Once again from that infamous red and white checkered cookbook, but with modifications. My oldest always craves this during summer. It's a perfect picnic salad. But keep it iced, it spoils!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup creamy ceasar salad dressing
- 7 medium red skinned potatoes, diced and boiled till tender.
- 3/4 cup diced celery
- 1/3 cup sliced green onions (scallions)
- 4 - hard boiled eggs
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 teaspoons yellow mustard
How To Make sour-cream potato salad

Step 1Pour salad dressing over warm potatoes; chill 2 hours (or overnight). Add celery and onion. Chop egg whites; add.

Step 2Sieve yolks; mix with mayonnaise, sour cream, and mustard; fold into salad. Add salt and celery seed to taste. Chill 2 hours.
