Ingredients
- 4-5 cups cubed, red potatoes (cooked)
- 1 bag shrimp (small or medium is fine)
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 cup green onion, finely diced
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (not miracle whip)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed tarragon
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
How To Make shrimp potato salad

Step 1Rinse shrimp, mix with lime juice and chill.

Step 2Rub salad bowl with garlic clove.

Step 3Mix everything (but potatoes) well.

Step 4Salt potatoes to tasted.

Step 5Gently stir in potatoes.

Step 6Refrigerate. This potato salad needs a few hours in the refrigerator for best taste.
