Easy potato casserole. I am sure it is out there under many names, but I got this from a friend who had it named for the friend who gave it to her. So let's just say it's good enough to get around!

Ingredients
- 1 bag (2 lbs) hash browns
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 8 ounces medium cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup corn flake crumbs
How To Make rita's oven potatoes

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. Combine hash brown potatoes, onion, sour cream, condensed soup, and cheese. Place in greased 13x9 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with crushed corn flake crumbs. Bake for 1 hour.
