mom's miracle whip potato salad
I always loved my mom's potato salad the best. I think it's the sweetness of the miracle whip and sugar. My mom's favorite ingredients were sugar and salt which made for some delicious tasting meals.

Ingredients
- 5 pounds potatoes peeled and cubed
- 6 large eggs hard boiled
- 1 large red onion diced
- 1 medium jar dill pickles chopped
- 1 medium jar pimentos drained
- 1 jar miracle whip medium size
- 1/2 cup yellow mustard
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons celery seed
- - salt and pepper to taste
- - enough milk to make it desired consistency
- 2 tablespoons paprika
How To Make mom's miracle whip potato salad

Step 1Boil potatoes in salted water until soft. Drain and rinse under cold water until cold.

Step 2Mix in 3 eggs chopped, red onion, dill pickles, and pimentos. Set aside.

Step 3In a separate bowl mix the miracle whip, mustard, sugar, celery seed and salt and pepper. Add enough milk to make desired consistency.

Step 4Slice remaining eggs and arrange over top. Sprinkle with paprika
