A great addition for any potluck. I am requested always to bring my potato salad

Ingredients

  • 12 medium red potatoes
  • 1/2 medium red onion chopped
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 3 large hard boiled eggs
  • 1/4 medium green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 dash pepper

How To Make jean's red potato salad

  • Step 1
    Boil red potatoes & eggs in same pan. Take eggs out after 15 minutes to cool. Check potatoes with sharp knife for doneness. Take potatoes out to cool when knife comes out easily. Let both cool completely.
  • Step 2
    Chop celery, green pepper & onion. Cut potatoes & eggs into bite size pieces.
  • Step 3
    Put all in bowl. Add Mayonnaise, salt & pepper & celery seed. Mix carefully. Refrigerate for blending of the flavors.
