Ingredients

12 medium
red potatoes
1/2 medium
onion chopped
2 stalk(s)
celery
3 large
hard boiled eggs
1/4 medium
green bell pepper, chopped
1 tsp
celery seed
1 dash(es)
salt
1 dash(es)
pepper

How to Make JEAN'S RED POTATO SALAD

Step-by-Step

  • 1Boil red potatoes & eggs in same pan. Take eggs out after 15 minutes to cool. Check potatoes with sharp knife for doneness. Take potatoes out to cool when knife comes out easily. Let both cool completely.
  • 2Chop celery, green pepper & onion. Cut potatoes & eggs into bite size pieces.
  • 3Put all in bowl. Add Mayonnaise, salt & pepper & celery seed. Mix carefully. Refrigerate for blending of the flavors.
