Ingredients
- 4 large baking potatoes
- - vegetable oil
- 1/2 stick butter
- 8 ounces carton of sour cream
- 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- - freshly ground pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
How To Make creamy stuffed baked potatoes

Step 1Scrub the potatoes thoroughly and rub skins with oil; bake at 400 for 1 hour or until done.

Step 2Allow the potatoes to cool to touch. Slice each potatoe legnthwise in half; carefully scoop out pulp, leaving shells in tact. Mash remaining ingredients together with pulp, except for cheese. Stuff shells with potatoe mixture; place on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese; bake until cheese melts. Yield 4 servings.
