* use more or less sugar, to your taste. This is an easy, delicious recipe and I normally have all the ingredients on hand. I use red skinned potatoes and I leave the skins on.

Ingredients
- 1 pound potatoes, boiled, peeled and cut into bite sized pieces
- 2 - eggs, hard boiled and chopped into pieces
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise, i use helmann's.
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1/4 cup sugar *
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- - salt and pepper, to taste
How To Make amish potato salad

Step 1Combine Mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper. Mix well.

Step 2Place potato pieces and egg pieces in a large bowl.

Step 3Pour sauce over potato/eggs and gently stir until well coated. Chill at least 30 minutes, before serving.
