Amish Potato Salad

This is an easy, delicious recipe and I normally have all the ingredients on hand.
I use red skinned potatoes and I leave the skins on.

Ingredients

1 lbpotatoes, boiled, peeled and cut into bite sized pieces

2eggs, hard boiled and chopped into pieces

1/4 cmayonnaise, i use helmann's.

1/4 csour cream
-
1 Tbspyellow mustard
-
1/4 csugar *

1 tspvinegar

·salt and pepper, to taste
How to Make Amish Potato Salad
- Combine Mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Place potato pieces and egg pieces in a large bowl.
- Pour sauce over potato/eggs and gently stir until well coated. Chill at least 30 minutes, before serving.
