Ingredients
- 2 packages 3 cheese tortellini pasta
- 1 jar pesto sauce with basil
- 2 boxes cherry tomatoes - red and yellow mixed
- 1 - red onion - thin sliced or chopped
- 1 1/2 cups bell peppers, red, orange yellow
- 1-2 bottle zesty italian salad,dressing
- 1 cup shreddedparmesan cheese
How To Make tortellini pesto salad

Step 1Cook tortellini pasta in boiling water 5-6 minutes. Add olive oil to the water to prevent sticking. Drain in colander and chill.

Step 2Chop red onion, bell peppers. Half cherry tomatoes if they are large. Grape tomatoes preferred. Add to the cooled pasta. Black olives optional

Step 3Toss pasta with pesto, zesty Italian dressing. Add shredded parmesan cheese . Refrigerate until ready to serve
