Ingredients
- 1 box rigatoni pasta, cooked
- 4 ounces pimientos
- 1 medium cucumber (sliced thin)
- 2 - spring onions, including green (sliced thin)
- 3/4 cup canola oil
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon accent (or seasoning salt)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons parsley
- 3 teaspoons prepared mustard
How To Make sandy's zesty pasta salad

Step 1Cook pasta as directed until al dente; drain.

Step 2While pasta is cooking, whisk together oil, sugar, vinegar, seasonings, and mustard well. Let chill.

Step 3Thinly slice veggies and mix with pimentos. Add drained pasta.

Step 4Pour dressing over all and toss well. Refrigerate after serving.
