I never found a macaroni salad I really liked so I came up with my own.

Ingredients

  • 3 c
    macaroni, uncooked
  • 1
    egg, hard boiled and diced
  • 1 stalk(s)
    celery, minced
  • 1/4 c
    black olives, cliced
  • 2 Tbsp
    pimientos, diced
  • 1/2 tsp
    mustard
  • 1/2 tsp
    mrs. dash original blend
  • 1/8 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/8 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp
    salt
  • 1 c
    mayonnaise

How to Make Macaroni Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook and drain macaroni.
  2. In a large bowl, combine macaroni, olives, pimiento, egg, and celery.
  3. In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard and seasonings. Mix well.
  4. Add mayonnaise mixture to the macaroni mixture and stir gently o combine
  5. Cover and chill at least 1 hour.
  6. NOTE: You can use more or less mayonnaise to suit you taste.
