I always my this for my step dad he loves it. Sometimes I add chopped ham and cheddar cheese.

Ingredients
- 6 cups cooked elbow macaroni
- 1/2 large finley chopped green pepper
- 1 large finley chopped and skin removed ripe tomatoe
- 1 tablespoon apple cidar vinger
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons chopped chives
- 2 tablespoons pickle relish, sweet
- 4 large chopped boiled eggs
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- - salt and pepper
- 1/3 cup chopped ham diced
- 1/3 cup cheddar cheese diced
How To Make macaroni salad

Step 1cook macaroni as directed. I normally use half of a 1lb box.

Step 2Mix everything together and let sit in fridge for an hour or two. I leave mine a little soupy it will firm up as it chills. Add more mayonnaise if needed.
