I always my this for my step dad he loves it. Sometimes I add chopped ham and cheddar cheese.

Ingredients

  • 6 cups cooked elbow macaroni
  • 1/2 large finley chopped green pepper
  • 1 large finley chopped and skin removed ripe tomatoe
  • 1 tablespoon apple cidar vinger
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons chopped chives
  • 2 tablespoons pickle relish, sweet
  • 4 large chopped boiled eggs
  • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
  • - salt and pepper
  • 1/3 cup chopped ham diced
  • 1/3 cup cheddar cheese diced

How To Make macaroni salad

  • Step 1
    cook macaroni as directed. I normally use half of a 1lb box.
  • Step 2
    Mix everything together and let sit in fridge for an hour or two. I leave mine a little soupy it will firm up as it chills. Add more mayonnaise if needed.
