1Cook rotini as directed on the box. While pasta is cooking, cut the broccoli florets into small bites. When you are draining the pasta, throw the broccoli into the hot pasta to soften the broccoli a bit, rinse to cool
2Cut mozzarella cheese into bit sized cubes, set aside, slice the olives, set aside, slice pepperoni slices in half
3In a large bowl combine the pasta and broccoli, carrots, pepperoni, olives and cheese. Add half of the bottle of dressing stir to combine.
4Chill for at least an hour so that the flavor of the dressing soaks into the pasta and vegetables. Toss again and add remaining salad dressing.
