Ingredients

  • 1 pound rotini pasta
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup carrot, sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup pepperoni
  • 1 cup black olives
  • 1 bottle italian salad dressing

How To Make italian pasta salad

  • Step 1
    Cook rotini as directed on the box. While pasta is cooking, cut the broccoli florets into small bites. When you are draining the pasta, throw the broccoli into the hot pasta to soften the broccoli a bit, rinse to cool
  • Step 2
    Cut mozzarella cheese into bit sized cubes, set aside, slice the olives, set aside, slice pepperoni slices in half
  • Step 3
    In a large bowl combine the pasta and broccoli, carrots, pepperoni, olives and cheese. Add half of the bottle of dressing stir to combine.
  • Step 4
    Chill for at least an hour so that the flavor of the dressing soaks into the pasta and vegetables. Toss again and add remaining salad dressing.
