homemade bacon ranch pasta salad
I used to love the Kraft pasta salad mix back when it came out in the early nineties. Back then, Kraft was the best because it came with right amount of mayonnaise and real bacon bits as opposed to imitation baco-bits. Over the years, Kraft cheapened their pasta salad kit and made it just like the Suddenly Salad brand with fake bacon bits and no mayonnaise. So I thought to myself, I could make this and it would be better! I thought of all the ingredients that came in the original Kraft kit and added the fresh ingredients to my own pasta. This is always a big hit at picnics and pot lucks!
