When I have leftover ham, I make a pasta salad and use whatever I have available. Instead of broccoli I will use frozen peas. I use whatever pasta I have in the cupboard. If I don't have ranch dressing I will use Italian dressing, etc.

mini shells pasta
2 c
broccoli florets
1 can(s)
pitted black olives
2 c
chopped ham
2 c
shredded cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp
dill weed
8 oz
ranch dressing
1/4 c
chopped onion
salt & pepper

How to Make Ham Pasta Salad


  • 1Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse under cold water and drain.
  • 2In a large bowl combine pasta, ham, broccoli, black olives, cheese, onion, and mix together.
  • 3Add the ranch salad dressing and stir to coat.
  • 4Sprinkle on Dill Weed and salt and pepper to taste.
