Ingredients
- 1 cup ditalini or elbow macaroni
- 1 1/2 cups fully-cooked ham, cut into small cubes
- 4 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
- 1 stalk celery, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons pimento, diced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
- 1 or 2 tablespoons milk, if needed
- - salt and pepper, to taste
How To Make ham and macaroni salad

Step 1Cook pasta according to package directions; drain, rinse with cold water, and drain again.

Step 2In small bowl, mix mayonnaise, relish, milk, and salt and pepper. Set aside.

Step 3Combine pasta and remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Pour dressing over top and toss to coat.

Step 4Chill for 4 hours or overnight.

Step 5Serving suggestion: garnish with sliced cherry tomatoes and fresh parsley.
