Ingredients

  • 1 pound vermicelli pasta
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons cavender's all purpose greek seasoning--use heaping tablespoons
  • 1 can large can sliced black olives
  • 1 jar small jar diced pimiento
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise

How To Make greek pasta salad

  • Step 1
    Boil vermicelli without salt. In a large bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, Greek seasoning and mayonnaise and set aside.
  • Step 2
    Drain pasta and add to the bowl with the reserved dressing. Add sliced olives and diced pimientos. Mix well and chill overnight.
