1Mix mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt, garlic powder, and spice pepper to make a dressing.
2Cook pasta according to package instructions. Rinse and drain well.
3Now add cooked pasta to dressing mixture, mix well, letting the dressing blend into the pasta.
4Add the diced eggs, celery, green pepper and onion to the pasta mixture. Blend well. May serve still warm or refrigerate and serve cold. I liked mine better after a few hours when the flavors blended.
