great summer macaroni salad

Very tasty, simple recipe, that goes well at picnics, and pot lucks. Has been a hit with my family and friends.

Ingredients
- 1 box elbow macaroni (giant)
- 2 cups mayonnaise, light
- 1/3 cup white or cider vinegar
- 1/3 cup white sugar
- 1 tablespoon prepared yellow mustard
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 stalks celery - diced
- 1/2 - purple onion diced
- 10 - eggs hard boiled and diced
- 1/2 - green pepper diced
- 1 teaspoon spicey pepper

Step 1Mix mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt, garlic powder, and spice pepper to make a dressing.

Step 2Cook pasta according to package instructions. Rinse and drain well.

Step 3Now add cooked pasta to dressing mixture, mix well, letting the dressing blend into the pasta.

Step 4Add the diced eggs, celery, green pepper and onion to the pasta mixture. Blend well. May serve still warm or refrigerate and serve cold. I liked mine better after a few hours when the flavors blended.
