Ingredients

  • SALAD
  • 8 ounces pasta of choice
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
  • 2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
  • 4 - green onions, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets, partially cook and drain
  • 1/2 - red bell pepper, sliced into strips
  • 1/2 cup shredded or slivered carrots
  • - other vegetables, as desired
  • DRESSING
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (regular or light)
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise (regular or light)
  • 1 package dry ranch dressing mix

How To Make chicken pasta salad

  • Step 1
    Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and dressing mix. Mix well and set aside.
  • Step 2
    Cook pasta. Rinse in cold water and drain.
  • Step 3
    Combine pasta, chicken and vegetables in a large bowl. Pour dressing over salad and toss well. Chill before serving.
