Ingredients
- SALAD
- 8 ounces pasta of choice
- 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
- 4 - green onions, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets, partially cook and drain
- 1/2 - red bell pepper, sliced into strips
- 1/2 cup shredded or slivered carrots
- - other vegetables, as desired
- DRESSING
- 1/2 cup sour cream (regular or light)
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise (regular or light)
- 1 package dry ranch dressing mix
How To Make chicken pasta salad

Step 1Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and dressing mix. Mix well and set aside.

Step 2Cook pasta. Rinse in cold water and drain.

Step 3Combine pasta, chicken and vegetables in a large bowl. Pour dressing over salad and toss well. Chill before serving.
